About
Policies are like a traffic signal with a green light (things that should be done), a yellow light (things that might be done), and a red light (things that shouldn’t be done). They aren’t always the most exciting part of leadership, but they are extremely important. In this segment, Pastor Mark addresses the past lessons he’s learned about establishing policies and the benefits of having clearer vision, written documents, and empowering others.
